Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of LaunchPhase's website and services. By requesting a quotation, approving a proposal, making a payment, or using our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Services
LaunchPhase provides virtual assistance, website and app development, custom software, UI/UX design, branding, SEO, social media management, content creation, and related digital services.
The exact scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each project will be defined in the approved proposal, invoice, or written agreement.
2. Project Start
Work begins after:
- The proposal or scope is approved;
- The required deposit is paid;
- Necessary information and access are provided; and
- The client confirms the project requirements.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information, content, feedback, approvals, and account access within the agreed timeframe.
LaunchPhase is not responsible for delays caused by missing content, late feedback, third-party platforms, or changes to the original requirements.
4. Payments
Payment terms will be stated in the applicable proposal or invoice.
Unless otherwise agreed:
- Initial deposits are non-refundable after work begins;
- Recurring services are billed in advance;
- Third-party costs are charged separately;
- Overdue projects may be paused; and
- Final files or deployment may be withheld until payment is complete.
5. Revisions
The number of included revision rounds will be stated in the proposal.
New concepts, additional features, extra pages, changes to approved work, and requests outside the original scope may require additional fees and time.
6. Timelines
Project timelines are estimates unless confirmed as guaranteed in writing.
Delays in feedback, payment, content, or access may extend the delivery schedule.
7. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
Payments covering completed work, reserved resources, administrative costs, or third-party expenses are non-refundable. Any approved refund will be calculated after deducting completed work and non-recoverable costs.
Completed, approved, published, or delivered services are generally non-refundable.
8. Virtual Assistance
Virtual assistants only perform tasks included in the approved scope.
Clients remain responsible for final business decisions, financial transactions, legal or regulatory matters, account permissions, and review of delegated work.
9. Development Services
Websites, apps, and software may rely on third-party hosting, plugins, APIs, payment systems, app stores, and other services.
LaunchPhase is not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, pricing changes, suspensions, or compatibility issues outside our control.
10. Marketing and SEO
LaunchPhase does not guarantee specific search rankings, leads, sales, engagement levels, advertising approvals, or return on investment.
Results depend on competition, audience demand, budget, offer quality, platform rules, and market conditions.
11. Intellectual Property
Once full payment is received, the client receives the rights stated in the project agreement.
LaunchPhase retains ownership of unpaid work, unused concepts, internal templates, reusable tools, methods, and third-party assets subject to separate licences.
Unless confidentiality is requested in writing, completed public-facing work may be displayed in our portfolio.
12. Confidentiality and Data
Both parties must reasonably protect confidential information.
Clients should provide only the access required for assigned work and remove access when it is no longer needed. LaunchPhase takes reasonable security measures but cannot guarantee complete protection against every electronic or third-party risk.
13. Warranties
LaunchPhase will perform services with reasonable professional care.
However, we do not guarantee that every deliverable will be error-free, that third-party services will remain uninterrupted, or that marketing and development services will produce a specific commercial result.
Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving deliverables before publication or use.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LaunchPhase is not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, lost data, reputational damage, or lost business opportunities.
Our total liability for a service will not exceed the amount paid for that specific service.
15. Suspension or Termination
LaunchPhase may suspend or terminate services due to overdue payments, missing information, unlawful instructions, abusive conduct, security risks, or material breach of an agreement.
The client remains responsible for completed work and committed costs.
